Last week I packed my bag and together with Pavo Vucić, and Marko Vujnović headed to London for the AIforce World Tour, one of the most anticipated Salesforce tech events of the year. After a jam-packed schedule of keynotes, hands-on sessions, and countless conversations with fellow tech innovators, we returned energized, inspired, and full of fresh ideas. Here’s a comprehensive look at why it was such a valuable experience and what it means for our ecosystem.

Why We Went

At Maven Mule, staying ahead of industry trends and continuously sharpening our craft isn't just a goal, it’s how we operate. As a unique combination of an ISV and consulting partner backed by over a decade of enterprise delivery, our mission relies on relentless platform engineering, whether we're deploying enterprise-grade architectures or building top-tier apps like Maven Documents and Maven Digital Signatures. For us, the objective of attending the World Tour was simple:

Discover emerging tools: We wanted a firsthand look at the technologies that can make our workflows and those of our global enterprise clients faster and smarter.

Learn how Salesforce is evolving: We set out to understand the general Salesforce path forward regarding AI, specifically learning how the ecosystem is transitioning toward an "Agentic Enterprise".

Connect with the broader community: We wanted to exchange ideas, share challenges, and see how the wider market is practically applying these innovations.

Highlights & Takeaways

The energy in London was electric. From the main stage keynotes to deep-dive technical workshops, a few recurring themes really stood out to us:

The Rise of the Agentic Enterprise: Artificial intelligence is definitively moving past the hype phase and becoming a seamless part of every developer's and user's day-to-day toolkit. The Salesforce path is clear: we are shifting from basic AI assistants to an "Agentic Enterprise" where autonomous AI agents work alongside humans to drive customer success. The conversation is no longer about if we use AI, but how we integrate it responsibly and securely.

Slackforce (Personal Highlight): The most exciting takeaway for me was seeing what Salesforce is doing with Slack. Dubbed "Slackforce," it essentially turns Slack into the AI-powered "front door" to your CRM. Features like Slackforce Surfaces allow users to make plain-language requests in Slackbot (like asking for a pipeline view or executive deck) and immediately receive a live, interactive dashboard right inside the channel. For a team that lives in Slack, accessing and updating data without context-switching is an absolute game-changer.

Broad Market AI Adoption: Building powerful software means nothing if it doesn't solve real-world problems. It was incredibly inspiring to catch up with peers covering multiple industries and products. Seeing real-world use cases from completely different sectors, gave us fresh insights into how universally the market is embracing AI to scale, optimize stacks, and add resiliency.

Bringing it All Back Home

Attending the AIforce World Tour wasn't just a great break from our regular routines, it was a powerful reminder of how fast our industry moves and the constant need for adjustment.

For Maven Mule, the benefits are clear. Embracing AI natively means we can further cut delivery times on our implementations, reduce manual context-switching for developers, and supercharge how we automate complex workflows like document generation at scale. It challenges us to rethink our consulting approach to be "AI-first," ensuring the platforms we build remain future-proof from day one.

We’re incredibly excited to share these insights, debate technology stacks, and build new capabilities with the rest of the Maven Mule and Doctavian teams. See you next year!
