General Conditions

By using Maven Tools for Salesforce (in short Maven Tools or Application) you confirm that you agree to these Terms.
Maven Mule (We) built the Maven Tools for Salesforce app as a Free Google Chrome Extension.
This Application (Maven Tools) is provided by Maven Mule at no cost and is intended for use AS IS.

Privacy

We don't collect or store your data, period.
We can't use or share your information with anyone as we don't collect it or store it.
This Application is a full client-side application that may use your personal browser storage mechanisms but it’s not sending out your data in any way and/or form to other parties except the Salesforce instance you are logged in and for the purpose, you are doing with that Salesforce instance and this application (e.g. querying your data with Query Editor module).

This application is only integrated with Salesforce API and it is directly consuming an API and Salesforce API limits of the currently connected Salesforce instance. Communication can be 2-way communication between connected Salesforce instance and this Application (Maven Tools). Maven Tools are built as a Native App with VueJS Framework (https://github.com/vuejs/vue).
This application is using following Third-Party Open Source libraries:
JSforce - an isomorphic JavaScript Library utilizing Salesforce’s API. It is intended to give integrated interface both server-side and client-side apps. (https://github.com/jsforce/jsforce)
Axios - Promise based HTTP client for the browser and node.js (https://github.com/axios/axios)
VueWorker - A Vue.js plugin to use webworkers in a simply way (https://github.com/israelss/vue-worker)
Vuex - A state management library for Vue.js applications (https://github.com/vuejs/vuex)

And other libraries licensed under the MIT Licence or Apache Licence 2.0.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.

We make no representations or warranties in relation to this Application or the functionality of the Application. We also do not warrant that this Application is fit for your purpose, even if you have previously provided notice of your intended purpose, and do not warrant that this Application will operate with no mistakes and disruption of work.

Functional possibilities of Application and any built-in content are provided for your review and use only in accordance with the functional purpose of the Application. The functionality of the Application and related materials and or information are not guaranteed or represented to be complete, correct or up to date. These materials, content and functionality may be changed from time to time without notice. Therefore, We can change the functionality of the Application at our own discretion by releasing updates.

We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to correct/rectify any errors or omissions in any part of the Application. We may make any other changes/improvements to the Application and the products, programs, services and/or prices (if any available) described/published at any time without any prior notice.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accurate functioning of functional modules, extensions, code base or integrations as far as possible, the accuracy of the Application is dependent on many factors and thus We can not and does not ensure any comprehensive cover for the functioning.

YOUR USAGE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. OWNER AND ANY OF ITS CONTRACTORS, WHO PARTICIPATED IN PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE APPLICATION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY.

Limitation of Liability

We make no representations about the results to be obtained from using the Application. The usage of the Application and content is at your (the person who uses it) own risk. You further agree that We shall not be held responsible for any uncontrollable security attack leading to failures of the Application and in such cases you agree that We shall not be held responsible for any type of losses that may occur to you.

So Maven Mule is not responsible for the loss of any data which may occur while performing work by using this Application. Also, Maven Mule is not responsible for any damages which are determined to be caused by using this Application. As this is a fully free app, in no event will Maven Mule be liable for any kind of damages including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data because of this agreement or our services.

Also, You agree that We can stop support this Application at any time and at our own discretion.

Unless otherwise noted, all the materials including without limitation, logos, brand names, images, designs, video content and written and other materials that appear as part of Application are copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and or other intellectual property whether registered or unregistered ("Intellectual Property") owned, controlled or licensed by Maven Mule.

This Application is using the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) which includes the resources to create user interfaces consistent with the Salesforce Lightning principles, design language, and best practices. More about SLDS at:

Reasonableness

BY USING APPLICATION, YOU ARE AGREE THAT THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET OUT IN THIS DISCLAIMER ARE REASONABLE. IF YOU DO NOT THINK THEY ARE REASONABLE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE APPLICATION.
